As a boutique recruitment firm in a competitive market, we relay on this insights of our stakeholders to run our business. We believe that a strong foundation is the key to success. A brief history of Connect One
1990
CompuTracts Pty Ltd is established.
1994
A permanent and contracting recruitment division is established
1998
CompuTracts branches out on its own and establishes its own niche presence in the Australian marketplace
2002
Specialisations expand to automation, engineering and IT.
2004
CompuTracts has its first placement within the NSW Government with RailCorp. This is the start of a 20+ year relationship which expands throughout all clusters of NSW Government.
2006
CompuTracts is formally registered with ITS 881 for the supply of contingent workers to the NSW Government.
2008
A new division is established for Project Services, Finance and Transformation.
2012
Our first cloud based applicant tracking platform is introduced, streamlining our internal operational processes.
2013
CompuTracts is now registered with SMC0007. This is for the supply of contingent staff to groups within NSW Government for 8 categories: A, B, C, E, F, H, I and J.
2014
The company re-brands with a trading name of Connect One Recruitment, with CompuTracts retained as the legal name of the company.
2016
Connect One Recruitment moves to new North Sydney offices
2017
Implementation of new time sheeting, payroll and invoicing system with cloud based on-boarding for contractors
2018
Connect One Recruitment becomes well entrenched within the various streams of NSW Government. Within the private sector, Connect One Recruitment continues to work within banking, consulting and other niche areas, supporting long term clients.
2019
Connect One Recruitment undertakes a major strategic review to understand how we can create the best value to our clients, candidates and the community. We did this by researching what truly matters to our stakeholders and discussing what their pain points are in their processes.
2020
Connect One Recruitment completes a visual update, with a new website and brand refresh.
Now
Connect One Recruitment continues to evolve with their company mission. Our core values of consistency, convenience, responsiveness, along with the added insight we provide our stakeholders, leads us into the future.
